C.1885, Seth Thomas Clock Co, Thomaston, Conn, "ROUND BAND" , 8-Day shelf clock. Condition: the case was refinished some time ago, and could use a bit more wax or finish; the mahogany veneer is in good condition. The substantial spring movement with Geneva stops intact. The flat xinc dial has original painat and is marked 'Seth Thomas" in the center; the numerals are a bit worn. The lower table with 3 pheasants is original and very nice. Label has losses and is detached from case back. Ht 16.2" [41cm]
