The case is in excellent condition with a nice original finish. The original painted dial is in near perfect condition. The hands are original. The movement is signed. Overall, a top condition example of this model.

the clock is in very good original condition including finish, paint on the dial and hands. There is a minor abrasion on dial near signature. The back has been painted. Diameter 25″

Condition: overall excellent, the case refinished some time ago and with nice caramel color. The original dial is in amazingly good condition, some numerals carefully strengthened. We took off the dial expecting to find it marked 86A (what it is) but instead it is marked simply 18 (for 18 inch dial). In any case it is the original 15 day movement; it will need cleaning; it has been recently oiled without cleaning and is running OK. We moved the dial support board to get a better foto of the movement. For details on this clock, see Tran Ly’s 3rd edition Seth Thomas book, page 340, figure 1090. Height 25 inches

Condition: golden oak case has been attractively refinished. Large 30-day No. 86B movement has been professionally re-conditioned. There is a very minor touch up to the “12”, and dial is overall outstanding. This is an excellent clock, ready to enjoy. The case has been professionally refinished to a medium gold color and is very attractive. The ORIGINAL dial is superb. The 39 Day double spring time movement is in running order. Hands and pendulum are original. This is a large and attractive clock’ ready to enjoy. Height 26 inches
