in generally good original condition. There is an old chip by the left winding hole (not all the way to copper), but otherwise this is a very clean clock, with good no. 48 round plate movement and original dial and hands. Oak case with original dark finish. Height 8 inches

The veneer is in overall good condition with some minor damage on the rigHeight side of the base. There is damage along the back edge of the top. The dial, which was originally painted, is now paper. The bezel surrounding the dial is now gold painted and the hands are replacements, a bit short. A bit of TLC could improve this clock. Height 15.25Ó $300-$400

Seth Thomas “Tudor” mantle clock
Another great looking clock in an attractive small size. Mahogany case with string inlay and brass feet. It has the original finish and would look 100% better if the accumulated grime were cleaned off. It has a perfect signed porcelain dial with a cast brass bezel and convex beveled glass. Original hands and pendulum. 8 day with cathedral gong strike on the hour and half hour. No. 48J movement is running and striking. Only 8″ tall.
