Catalog Description: C.1900, Seth Thomas, “Regulator No. 2” in oak and in very good original condition, and if not for the flaking on the original dial near 12, would be in excellent condition. Note that portion of the dial had some coffee or something light tan spilled on it. Has a nice label inside, on the base of the clock. Has a 1911 clean/regulate date. The weight and pendulum are original; very minor scratches in the pendulum. Original finish has lovely, slightly crazed patina (what most of us like to see), and both glasses original. Overall a nice example of this model. Height 35 inches

Catalog Description: C.1900, Seth Thomas Regulator No. 2 wall clock with restorations and in generally good condition. This clock was given as a gift in 1937 when it was already “used”, and apparently fell into disrepair since. It has been refinished and a new ‘antique’ finish dial installed. The top bezel and the bottom trim pieces are recent replacements, fairly well done, stained to match. It has a ST-No. 3 type pulley and a weight a bit too short, but seems to run OK. Height 36″

Catalog Description: C.1900, Seth Thomas Clock Co., “Regulator No. 2”, 8-day mahogany wall timepiece in extra nice condition with an original cleaned and rubbed finish (looks almost new, but is original). The mahogany veneer on this particular case is very dense and light in color and looks very much like cherry (it will match cherry furniture).There are some minor dings on the case from normal use. The veneer on the dial bezel is perfect. The dial has been repainted on the original pan. The movement has been recently serviced. Faded label in case bottom.
