Catalog Description: Seth Thomas-Southern Calendar Clock Co. “Fashion No. 3”, ca 1877. This is probably the most original Fashion I have ever owned. It remained with one family since purchased new. The case has never been cleaned or refinished. The finial tips were gone and I had them retipped. Some catalogs show the tips flat on top, some pointed. If you don’t like these put a point on them. The black label is on the back of the case, it is generally inside the case. The pendulum, key, finials, glass, dial, all look to be original, and the clock is running. Catalog Description: Seth Thomas light brown adamantine mantle clock. I am not sure which model, but may be the “Eton”, ca 1904. There is a full label on the bottom, too dark to read. The case is 17 inches wide and almost perfect except for some small bruises. Like most all clocks in this big collection it has been cleaned inside and out, gilt metal feet and ornaments repainted, gilt metal bezel and dial cleaned. 8 day strikes a cathedral gong, running. The only negative is there is no back cover. I am sure it is in one of the boxes of parts and pieces. Ly-Seth Thomas #1203 or others very similar.

Condition: this lot came for a clock shop and has been thoroughly cleaned and is in good running order. It was difficult for a retail sale, as there is a small repair to the porcelain dial outside 10 (chip is glued back in place). The case is excellent with original finish and nice patina.
